Terms of service
Plain-English overview of the terms that apply when you use FactoryPilot. A full customer agreement is provided at signup.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your users and the data you put into FactoryPilot. Keep credentials secure and only grant access to people who need it.
Subscription & billing
FactoryPilot is billed monthly in AUD, plus GST for Australian customers. You can cancel anytime; the service continues to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Don't use FactoryPilot for anything illegal, don't attempt to bypass security, and don't use it to build a competing product.
Availability
We aim for high availability and publish scheduled maintenance in advance. Scale plans include an SLA.
