Privacy overview
This page is maintained by FactoryPilot Pty Ltd to answer common questions about how FactoryPilot handles your data. It is a plain-English overview and is not a substitute for a legal privacy notice.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, company), the operational data you enter into FactoryPilot (jobs, customers, purchase orders, tasks, documents), and product-usage telemetry we use to improve the platform.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. Access is protected by role-based permissions and audit-logged on every change.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the subprocessors we need to run the service (hosting, email delivery, monitoring). We do not use your operational data to train AI models for other customers.
Your controls
You can export your data, request deletion, and manage user access from within the platform. For privacy requests contact privacy@factorypilot.com.au.
